May Law Group, LLC, charges $6,000 for professional services for the I-601. Rush waivers which must be completed with two weeks of engagement of May Law Group, LLC, are $8,000. Filing fees, Fed Ex and copying charges are in addition to the professional service fees. Reports by licensed clinical social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists to establish extreme hardship are frequently required. Assessments by the licensed clinical social worker recommended by May Law Group, LLC, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania are $500. Assessments by the psychologist recommended by May Law Group, LLC, in New York, New York are $800. Assessments by the psychologists recommended by May Law Group, LLC, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania vary between $1,000 and $3,000. Fees for the release of medical records for the waiver are paid by the client directly to the medical records facility.
